texture that convert by Photoshop directly to bmp format that cannot be import to txdworkshop directly, it will cause some problem include above.
better solution is:
1. open paint that inside computer then save as/save to bmp or png format
2. photoshop convert to png, dont convert to bmp
PS: txdworkshop also allow png format import to txd
